Authority of Malaysia (Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia, LKIM). The
company was incorporated on 7th March 1977 as Majuikan Pantai Timur
Sdn. Bhd. It subsequently changed its name to Majuikan Sdn. Bhd. in
1988 to better reflect the national aspirations through its activities.
